It is almost that time again!!!! Coming off an amazing regular season and BS in the playoff round robin, the Bullfrogs are back. So let's get to this year's agenda.
The team is going to maintain the same group of core players but there will be several new additions this season. I am going to try to keep this short and sweet, but please pay attention to the details.
Due to some players lack of commitment for one reason or another, I am asking for you to be there a minimum of 10 out of 14 games(70%). I realize that we have family commitments and may booze too much on Saturday nights, but we don't play on long weekends and there are still 4 games throughout the season that can be missed. If it's uncontrollable circumstances, injury etc......, then it's understandable. Not showing up takes away from the ice time of the guys that do, when you only make it now and then.
Our season, like I have said, consists of 14 games plus playoffs (Starts Sunday, May 24th) and the registration fee is $180 per player. I require a deposit of $50 per player prior to Friday, April 17th and the remaining $130 per player prior to Friday, May 22nd. Since I don't always see everyone, you can pay me cash or mail a cheque to;

I will remain firm on this, if I don't receive payment by the specified dates, someone on the waiting list will take your place.(Yes, There actually is a List) There will be the addition of a third jersey this year that I will bring to each game and if I am not there someone else will. As for the beer bag, I will be purchasing a new team cooler bag and the player with the highest number will bring the beer the first week.(Sorry Beaney but you're a Leaf fan and you should have to bring the beer every week..............HAHAHAHA). Each number below for the weeks that follow.
As for a sponsor, I have spoken to the Burn's Howlf and they will give us wings and fries if we show up after games(Maybe More??), or we can go up to Stanley's and try and get some free stuff by using our team number at the bar. I need a vote from you guys to decide, but also a commitment to take part.
I am planning a Bullfrog's Golf and Poker Day this year and my wife is going to make us a website for the team. I will be bringing a camera to the first game so Swayze, cut the hair. There will be reminder emails and more than likely phone calls prior to the due dates.
